Lets go with a classic for this question: Back to the Future. I mean as long as the flux capacitor is working and we can get up to 88 mph we can go back to whatever time we want.
Not a particular example, but I generally prefer depictions where time travel is not achieved through the use of a machine or some mystical device, but through altered perception, such as in "Against the Current."
I'm a fan of parallel universes myself, like in Donnie Darko. Why travel through time when you can just sort of side step around it? I also like any sort of time travel that creates a self fulfilling prophecies. Oh the sweet irony.
Probably "The Sound of Thunder." Bradbury's tone at the ending gets me every time.
